Art is a powerful and positive tool for self-expression, offering limitless possibilities for exploration and growth. My work is rooted in fiber art, where I am especially drawn to texture, color, and contrast. I create functional pieces—often in the form of handcrafted purses—that reflect both aesthetic intention and everyday use.
While fibers are my primary focus, I am continually inspired by working in multiple mediums, including ceramics, glass, metal, and wood. I am deeply interested in the process of building and layering—both physically and metaphorically—as a way of understanding materials and myself.
My artistic practice is closely connected to my belief in the healing qualities of art. Creating allows space to slow down, reflect, and find meaning in the present moment. Each piece I make represents a point along that journey—an exploration of where I am, what I am learning, and how creativity continues to shape my path.
