YOGA FOR EVERYONE (ages 16+) with Tracie Rheel
Join us among the artwork as we create a breath-centered practice that includes movement, awareness of breath, and moments of stillness. Our gentle, mindful movement will include twists, folds, and stretches along with slow flowing postures. You will have space for exploration and creativity — listening to your own body and making choices, designing a practice that will best support you in each moment. We will each have our own experience, while coming together to cultivate a sense of calm. No previous yoga experience needed. Minimum 5, maximum 15. SUMMER SESSION begins May 22. Class runs Tuesdays from 6-7pm for 6 weeks.
