Class Submission Form

  • Please include your social media handles (Facebook and Instagram) so we can tag you in posts about your classes.
  • Requested start date for multi-week classes. Actual date for one day workshops. Please note we will do our best to accommodate requests but we may need to change dates according to classroom availability.

    • Please list any supplies students will need. In our kids and teen classes, we will include the cost of supplies in the class fee. For adult classes, you can give a required list of supplies students need to bring with them, or if you prefer to bring the supplies yourself, we can have the students pay you a supply fee directly.
