Intertribal dace, drums, singing, crafts, storytelling, food, raffles, free children’s events and more! The powwow will take place in Memorial Park (75 West King St.) on May 2 and 3, from 10am-5:00pm each day. The Grand Entry will take place at noon both days. Admission is $6 per day or $10 for a two-day pass. Active duty military and children under 6 are free.
The host drum is Medicine Horse Singers. Pat Camaho-Harbach will be MC. The head man dancer is Matt White Eagle and the head lady dancer is Chris Mourning Dove. For more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
There will be a free concert at 7pm on Saturday, featuring Spirit Wing and Terry Goodheart.
The event is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking will be available. The event is rain or shine. Bring your own seating/blankets and be prepared to participate!
