Join us for a delicious, beat-the-winter-chill event! Choose your favorite soup—or sample as many as you like! Lunch includes bread, beverages and homemade desserts. As a thank you, take home a handcrafted ceramic bowl created by local volunteers of all ages.
Tickets are only $15 and all proceeds benefit your local non-profit community art center.
In response to requests from last year’s event, this year you can also purchase a recipe book full of all the yummy soups you will enjoy. Soups so far: tomato, potato and bacon, leek, chicken noodle, taco soup, roasted sweet potato and quinoa (vegan and gluten free), rivel, pasta e fagioli, wild rice, white chili, lentil squash (vegetarian), Manhattan clam chowder, black bean, spinach tomato orzo (vegetarian), stew and sausage, kale and white bean. Juan Carlos Fine Mexican Cuisine is again generously donating one of their delicious soups for the event.
That day will also mark the beginning of a special collection of eyeglasses for the Vietnam Veterans Chapter 565 and the Second Brigade MC Chapter G – PA. They have a great need of magnifiers/cheater eyeglasses in all strengths for local veterans. Glasses do not have to be new but please make sure they are in good shape (not scratched, bent, etc.). What you donate is given directly to the vets. Eyeglasses can be dropped off at ArtFusion during normal business hours through February 28.
