Brooke has worked in all facets of animation production. He is a graduate of Cal Arts and has worked at Hanna Barbera and WTXF-TV 29.
Brooke has produced independent animated films that have been exhibited around the world. He has exhibited locally at the Bridgette Mayer Gallery in Philadelphia and is a member of The Upstairs Studio Artists in Phoenixville.
Brooke has been teaching cartooning and animation for over 25 years.
