Originally from Utica, NY, I am the 5th of 6 children in my family. Summers were spent attending art classes for kids at the local Jewish Community Center.
In school, Art was my favorite subject. I even came to school dressed as an artist on Career Day in 8th grade.
In high school I immersed my self in art, photography and ceramics. I began a professional track at Community College of Philadelphia studying under some of the most prominent artists in the region.
I received my BFA from the University of the Art and I have been a professional Graphic Designer since 2000.
In the last 20 years, I never abandon my love of Fine Arts, always returning to painting in oils, pastels or acrylics. I have studied intermittently at Fleisher Art Memorial in South Philadelphia.
In 2016, after moving the to Pottstown area, I discovered ArtFusion 19464.
Thrilled to be accepted as an Artist Member I am happy to share my creations with the community.
Using the Impressionist’s color theory to achieve the rich vibrancy of nature, I paint what I see around me. Montgomery County is not lacking for stunning subject matters. All my paintings come from photographs I have taken while exploring the region. My paintings combine my love for nature with the spirit of Impressionism.
I hope you enjoy viewing my paintings as much as I enjoyed making them.
