Robert KochFormerly of Stowe, Pennsylvania, Robert now works from his studio in Jersey City, New Jersey. His work attempts to make steel appear to be trapped in the wind by creating soft boundaries in the space it occupies. The organic forms are generally created by combing small sections of steel to create an almost woven texture or segmented pieces resembling reeds or grasses. Robert has won numerous awards locally and nationally and his work appears in many galleries along the east coast.
