I was always drawing when I was a child. In the fifth grade, I was sent to a special art school in Center City, Philadelphia. In my teens, I drew a Trojan head that that Pottstown used for football for years. In 1974 I started experimenting with photography. I got into a few photo clubs and was photographer of the year twice. I later switched to digital photography for the complete control it offers. I take pictures of whatever subject falls at me, but I mostly shoot close up–because I can afford that small world.
